Our Client is a purpose built and stunning Boutique Service located in Unanderra, close to Wollongong. They provide long day care in a secure and modern environment where young children are nurtured through their infant, toddler and preschool programs by their exceedingly caring and highly-qualified educators. They require a Centre Manager to lead their service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R outcomes. Your voice is extremely important to the changes that will happen over the years so a long term mindset is a must. Their objective is 'child first' and are looking for a Centre Leader who is looking to be part of positive structural changes with highly professional leadership mentors who have extensive industry experience with Australia's leading childcare services. Great changes are happening with this group which also includes unlimited support, funding for endless resources for the centre and staff for you to work with. To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following : A COMPLETED Diploma or Bachelors' in Early Childhood Education and Care At least 2 years' experience working in a Childcare Director role Effective assessment and evaluation techniques Values a collaborative team approach Is able to establish positive educator/parent relationships Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence. A drive to be dynamic, forward-thinking and be eager to take on board new concepts and think 'outside the box' Experience in delivering inclusive early childhood teaching programs Sound understanding of The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia and The National Quality Framework Confident in being able to drive up Occupancy, rostering, and managing budgets A current WWCC, Child protection training, First Aid Certificate, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Full Australian working rights, without restriction What's in it for you?
